Job Purpose: As a Cash Applications Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring customer payments are accurately allocated and reconciled within our financial systems. You will support cash application activities, investigate payment discrepancies, and work closely with Credit & Collections teams to maintain accurate customer account balances. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in Finance within a global organization. What You'll Be Doing: • Process and allocate incoming customer payments accurately and on time, • Manage the Direct Debit process from start to finish, • Perform end-to-end credit card reconciliation activities, • Handle cheque and bill of exchange processing, • Investigate and resolve payment-related queries, • Reconcile cash-in-transit accounts, • Support SOX compliance and internal control processes What We're Looking For: • Vocational qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, • No previous professional experience required, • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, • Good numerical and analytical skills, • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively, • Strong communication skills, • Comfortable working with data and financial information, • Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly, • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues, • Resilient and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment, • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications What You'll Gain: • Exposure to end-to-end finance operations within a global company, • Opportunity to work with international teams and stakeholders, • Structured learning and development opportunities, • A collaborative and supportive working environment, • Potential for long-term career growth within Finance and Shared Services Our Benefits Health Insurance for all employees, with the option to extend coverage to family members. ️ Life Insurance provided by the company.
