Siamo alla ricerca di un/a Secondo Chef (Sous Chef) con solida esperienza tecnica nella gastronomia italiana e nella gestione di team, da inserire nel nostro progetto gastronomico situato presso un prestigioso Hotel a Marbella. Cerchiamo un professionista capace di garantire l'eccellenza operativa in un ambiente di alto livello, con spiccate doti organizzative e passione per il prodotto italiano. Le tue Responsabilità • Leadership Operativa: Gestione e supervisione di una brigata di 7-8 persone., • Eccellenza Gastronomica: Garantire la qualità e l'autenticità nella preparazione dei piatti della cucina italiana., • Controllo del Servizio: Supervisione del "passe" e coordinamento con lo Chef per il corretto flusso operativo., • Gestione degli Standard: Garantire il rispetto delle normative igienico-sanitarie e l'ordine in cucina. Requisiti Indispensabili • Esperienza nel ruolo: Minimo 2-3 anni come Secondo Chef / Sous Chef., • Specializzazione: Minimo 5 anni di esperienza nella cucina italiana di alta qualità., • Lingue: Spagnolo fluente. La conoscenza dell'inglese sarà considerata un plus., • Disponibilità: Inserimento a partire da giugno (con preavviso di oltre 15 giorni se necessario)., • Documentazione: Documenti in regola (DNI/NIE vigente e numero di previdenza sociale spagnolo), indispensabile per l'assunzione. Condizioni Offerte • Stipendio: 33.000 € - 36.000 € lordi annui (divisi in 12 mensilità)., • Plus: Mance mensili., • Contratto: "Fijo-discontinuo" (Stagione da giugno a ottobre) con reale possibilità di trasformazione in contratto a tempo indeterminato., • Orario: 40 ore settimanali., • Turni: Orario continuato dalle 16:00 alle 00:00., • Riposo: 2 giorni di riposo consecutivi a settimana (a rotazione)., • Benefit Aggiuntivo: Possibilità di alloggio in hotel durante la stagione.
