These business domains are composed of various teams that interact directly or indirectly with our customers and use various solutions that help building up customer relationships. /ppIn a context of high service usage, you will be accountable for the stability, performance, and operability of our solutions. You will play a pivotal role between our internal teams, our managed service providers (MSPs), and our users to ensure service excellence. /ppThe CRM solutions portfolio consists in: /pullipOur Salesforce platform, which includes: Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and other tiers applications (PROS CPQ, Qualtrics…) /p /lilipOur customer portal AirbusWorld: powered by Liferay portal solution, that exposes a set of services developed with the last industry standards /p /lilipOur technical requests applications: a set of web and mobile based services developed specifically to answer to both Customers expectation and Security standards /p /lilipa wide range of custom web-based applications that support various domains from marketing to support /p /li /ulh3bROLE SUMMARY /b /h3pWe are seeking a highly technical Salesforce Specialist to ensure the health, configuration, and technical evolution of our Salesforce platform. This role focuses on hands‑on platform management, technical issue resolution, release management, and maintaining system integrity and security. /ph3bYOUR CHALLENGES /b /h3pSalesforce Platform Configuration Health /pullipMaintain overall Salesforce platform configuration and ensure continuous system healthiness. /p /lilipExecute and provide technical support for Salesforce Organization (Org) refreshes. /p /lilipManage and execute Salesforce Release Management action plans and Salesforce Audit action plans. /p /lilipMonitor Salesforce licenses and manage license re-harvesting. /p /lilipUpdate and manage configuration assets. /p /li /ulh3bTechnical Change Integration Management /b /h3ullipCreate, review, and technically validate new platform changes and configurations. /p /lilipCoordinate and support technical integrations across the platform. /p /lilipApply security‑related updates, address identified security vulnerabilities, and manage service account password renewals and SSL certificates. /p /lilipDocument technical changes and configuration details in ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira). /p /li /ulpIncident Resolution Technical Support /pullipMonitor, review, and troubleshoot Level 2 (L2) technical incidents within the Salesforce environment. /p /lilipFix and close L2 incidents, ensuring effective technical resolution and confirming functionality with end‑users. /p /lilipRoute highly complex or system‑level incidents to appropriate Level 3 (L3) business groups when applicable. /p /lilipCreate and update technical Knowledge Articles to document system fixes and configuration standards. /p /li /ulpbSKILLS /b /pullipMust hold at minimum the following certifications: /p /lilipHands‑on technical experience with Salesforce configuration, health monitoring, and release management (Gitlab). /p /li /ulh3bWHICH BENEFITS WILL YOU HAVE AS AIRBUS EMPLOYEE? /b /h3pAt Airbus we are focused on our employees and their welfare.
