You will be responsible to develop and convert current client and new business opportunities for the products offered by the company in the European market. Specific countries within the area will be defined according to the needs, experience and languages provided by the candidate. We’re looking for an experienced sales manager, an entrepreneur, someone eager to make an impact in a growing company. This role requires a commercially driven, entrepreneurial profile, capable of creating impact, driving growth, and building long-term customer relationships within a dynamic and international environment. Main Duties and Responsibilities • Identify and prioritize target market segments and geographic regions for revenue expansion., • Identify and explore opportunities to expand deSter presence in the region., • Represent the company with comprehensive knowledge and application of the commercial policies: List price, discounts, catalogue, incoterms,etc., • Research new customers identifying how the existing sales policy addresses their needs., • Managing and expanding relationships with existing customers including problem solving., • Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analysing performance and making forecasts., • Budget planning., • Build good and effective working relationships with colleagues within the organization, communicating clearly & effectively to contribute to the growth of the company. Core Competencies and Requirements Education Relevant education: Business administration or similar is a must. Work Experience • Five or more years in managing sales in a corporate environment., • Proven experience in Retail or Horeca Sector: Wholesalers, distributors, vending,etc., • Record of success in achieving sales results matching assigned budget., • Accustomed to working at the European level and in an international environment Technical Skills Certifcation, licenses and registration. Initiative and proactive approach. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Reliability and service oriented. Fluent in French and English language.
