Role Overview:
As a Business Development Representative or Social Media Lead Generator at OSYS, you will play a key role in driving our growth through various social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Telegram, and others. Your main objective will be to generate high-quality leads that can benefit OSYS, whether through valuable B2B connections, identifying key stakeholders, or sourcing potential candidates to join our team as BDMs.
Key Responsibilities:
-Generate and nurture leads via social media and other digital channels.
-Identify and connect with key stakeholders who could provide value to OSYS.
-Recruit candidates for BDM roles and other positions within the company.
-Build strong B2B relationships that support the company’s growth strategy.
-Conduct interviews and assess potential candidates.
What We’re Looking For:
-Individuals passionate about personal and professional growth.
-Experience or interest in finance and investment sectors is highly valued.
-Strong understanding of B2B operations and relationship building.
-Expertise or a strong interest in social media marketing and networking.
-A hunger to excel and drive success.
-Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus as the role involves working with a global audience.
