Tu Rol: Embajador/a de la Experiencia en la Barra Eres más que un Bartender. Eres narrador/a, mixólogo/a y un/a anfitrión/a cordial. Responsabilidades Clave - Ofrecer un servicio cálido e inteligente con elegancia, presencia y autenticidad. - Preparar y servir bebidas con técnica experta y eficiencia, mientras interactúas con entusiasmo y conocimiento. - Recomendar cócteles, espirituosos y maridajes de vinos según las preferencias de los clientes y nuestra carta curada. - Mantener una barra impecable en cuanto a mise en place, limpieza y presentación visual durante todo el servicio. - Monitorear inventario, ejecutar una rotación precisa de existencias y colaborar con pedidos de suministros. - Memorizar y comunicar con seguridad ingredientes, sabores y métodos de preparación del menú. - Participar en iniciativas creativas de coctelería, menús estacionales y promociones especiales. - Cumplir rigurosamente con las normativas de salud, higiene y servicio de alcohol. - Colaborar sin problemas con los equipos de cocina y de sala para ofrecer una experiencia armoniosa. - Tener disponibilidad flexible—los fines de semana, noches y festivos son parte del ritmo profesional. - Asumir responsabilidades adicionales según sea necesario para apoyar el éxito del restaurante. Quién Eres Tú - Bartender con experiencia y pasión por los cócteles artesanales y la conexión con el cliente. - Apasionado/a por los espirituosos internacionales—especialmente los de caña de azúcar, agave y sabores de inspiración latina. - Con conocimientos en vinos, herramientas de bar y sistemas de bebidas (experiencia con TPV es una ventaja). - Altamente responsable, confiable y sereno/a bajo presión. - Comunicador/a eficaz que sabe escuchar y adaptar la experiencia a cada huésped. - Capaz de comunicarse fluidamente en inglés y español, con habilidades interpersonales refinadas. - Buena condición física, capaz de estar de pie, levantar (hasta 13 kilos) y moverse ágilmente durante el turno. - Curioso/a, colaborador/a y comprometido/a con perfeccionar tu arte.
