The role We’re looking for a performance-driven digital marketer to own and scale our influencer marketing channel as a performance channel, not as “brand awareness.” This is a hands-on, in-house role for someone who thinks in numbers, tests constantly, and optimizes aggressively. You will be responsible for turning creators into a predictable, scalable acquisition channel. What you’ll do • Build, manage, and scale influencer campaigns with clear performance goals, • Treat influencers like paid media: test, track, optimize, and double down, • Own key metrics: ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPM, CTR, conversion rate, • Launch experiments, analyze results, and iterate fast, • Work closely with content, e-commerce, and leadership teams, • Create systems for reporting, benchmarking, and scaling winners What we’re looking for • Strong performance-marketing mindset (numbers first), • Experience with influencer marketing as a conversion channel, • Comfortable with data, dashboards, and attribution, • Proactive, structured, execution-focused, • Ready to work full-time from our Valencia office What we offer • €2,500 gross per month + performance-based bonuses, • High ownership and visible impact on growth, • Fast career progression in a scaling international company, • Work in a modern sexual wellness brand with global reach, • Strong team, ambitious goals, no corporate politics
