Key Responsibilities: ·Guest experience: Ensure guests are greeted upon arrival ad make time to interact effectively with guests. ·Assist Guests during check-in and check-out, including phone interaction and face-to-face interaction. ·Assist Guests with questions, directions, event schedules, and other information regarding their stay. ·Respond appropriately to guest complaints, solicit feedback, and build relationships to drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction. ·Being pro-active in getting things done and exceeding expectations of both guests and colleagues where possible ·Employ attention to detail to ensure the security of guest room access ·Health Safety & Security: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety. ·Familiarise yourself with emergency and evacuation procedures. Buscamos un/a Dependiente con experiencia en panadería y horneado, preferentemente a mayor de 30 años, para integrarse a nuestro equipo. ¡IMPORTANTE!: por los horarios de ingreso (05:30), la persona elegida debe vivir cerca del sitio de trabajo (carrer de Benet Mateu) o tener vehículo (moto o patinete). Requisitos: - Experiencia: Entre 2 y 3 años en un puesto similar. - Disponibilidad: Incorporación en 15 días. - Habilidades: Experiencia en horneado. - Idiomas: Castellano nativo. - Documentación: Imprescindible permiso de trabajo en España y número de seguridad social en regla, especialmente para candidatos/as extranjeros/as. - Disponer de vehículo propio. Se ofrece: - Tipo de contrato: Temporal. - Jornada: 40 horas semanales. - Salario: 1.358 € netos mensuales en 12 pagas anuales. - Horario: Turno seguido de 05:30 a 12:00. - Descanso: 1 día y medio por semana.
