Estarás acompañado/a desde el primer día por tu Jefe de Equipo y aprenderás a la vez que creces en la compañía Sector Alarm en Barcelona: Contamos con una oficina comercial situada en El Prat de Llobregat, en la que trabajan 4 equipos comerciales que buscan incorporar perfiles con o sin experiencia para continuar creciendo. Para ello buscamos personas a las que les guste trabajar en equipo, que quieran progresar en su carrera profesional y que quieran superarse día a día. Funciones y tareas: Entrarás a formar parte de nuestro equipo de ventas. Trabajarás mano a mano con el Jefe de Ventas de tu oficina ¿Cómo será tu día a día? 1. Visitas a clientes interesados/as concertadas por nuestro departamento de Marketing : serás el último responsable de asesorar a nuestros potenciales clientes y ayudarles en su toma de decisión. Somos 100% orientados al cliente y buscamos lo mejor para él 2. Trabajo en calle: trabajarás la zona junto con tu equipo y con una asignación de Códigos Postales. Nunca te sentirás sólo y junto a tu mánager, comenzarás a construir tu propia cartera de clientes 3. Reporte diario de actividad a través de la Tablet asignada para el trabajo : Planificación de la jornada y organización y control de tu cartera de clientes 4. Formación continua en sesiones presenciales en la oficina, así como acceso a nuestra plataforma de aprendizaje

Under the guidance of the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for: Delivering delicious options to our guests by expertly running your section of the kitchen, particularly in the preparation of high-quality sushi and traditional Japanese dishes. Mentoring and developing the kitchen team, fostering an environment where everyone can bring their best and be their authentic selves. Ensuring everything runs smoothly, managing orders and deliveries as needed, maintaining a flawless service, and upholding the highest food hygiene standards. Collaborating with the Sous Chef on creative ideas and culinary techniques to keep the kitchen dynamic and evolving, always striving to produce the best Japanese food possible. Ensuring compliance with regulations in all areas related to food and beverage preparation, with a strong focus on raw fish handling and food safety. Paying attention to detail to ensure that every dish served is as delicious and perfectly presented as the last. Qualifications What we are looking for... Previous experience working as an Itamae or in a similar sushi-focused kitchen environment. A passion for Japanese cuisine, with an emphasis on sushi, and a deep respect for traditional techniques. You’re all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience. You make people feel good - your team, guests and colleagues alike. Methodical and process-driven approach to tasks, but also able to work flexibly and calmly to meet deadlines.
