Your role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our team. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the legal and administrative aspects of the hospitality and real estate sector. You’ll support our legal team in ensuring compliance, managing documentation, and assisting in the preparation of official procedures and permits related to our properties. Your Journey • Support in reviewing, updating, and managing tourist licenses and other administrative permits related to the company’s properties., • Verify and document the regulatory compliance of each asset, in line with applicable tourism, urban planning, and environmental laws., • Collaborate with the legal team in collecting and organizing documentation required by public administrations., • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of declarations, communications, and administrative filings., • Contribute to the management and archiving of legal contracts and files., • Support in legal research and compiling applicable regulations (commercial, civil, labor, data protection, etc.)., • Help in compliance-related tasks, including internal policy updates and monitoring adherence to legal obligations., • Assist in the review, drafting, and tracking of commercial contracts and NDAs., • Coordinate with notaries and registries for document processing., • Support the coordination with external advisors and internal departments (Finance, HR, Operations)., • Provide general assistance to the legal team in day-to-day administrative and management tasks. What Do You Bring To Your Trip • Currently pursuing a Law degree or related field., • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail., • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish and English., • Interest in administrative law, real estate, tourism regulation, and corporate compliance., • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion., • A proactive, analytical mindset and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
