Local Service Transition Consultant Lead local workshops: ensure clients understand in scope of services as per global contract, service delivery model and systems landscape Define and maintain local Project Plan (MS Project and Smartsheet) and RAID log. Onboard Business As Usual operational team in the project Prepare Payroll Calendar and Trusted Source List Implement Local Service delivery tools (case management tool, call centre, SLA reporting tool, etc). Coordinate and lead client and BAU Operations trainings to ensure readiness for go live Coordinate and lead testing phases to ensure all in scope systems are working and integrated as expected and configured according to the specifications agreed in the contract. Identify and communicate project risks. Monitor delivery of the transition within agreed scope, quality, time, and budget Main goal: successful transition from Project to BAU services for client and At least 3 years in HR/Payroll outsourcing - implementing or operating Fluent English, and Dutch or German required At Strada, we support your whole self—offering a range of benefits for your health, wellbeing, finances, and future.
