A 30m performance sailing yacht is seeking a 2nd Captain to join an exciting and highly professional racing program. With several regattas planned throughout 2027, this is a unique opportunity to join a program that operates more like a professional sailing team than a traditional superyacht. The yacht is supported by an experienced race crew. Working alongside the Lead Captain/Project Manager, this role is focused on the operational side of the program. You will take responsibility for deliveries, yard periods and the day-to-day running of the yacht, ensuring everything is ready for each event as well as racing onboard for some of the regattas.
