Your Role This is a temporary position covering a maternity leave. The Marketing & Partnerships Manager will work at the regional level to raise awareness and promote all marketing efforts. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the logistical execution and support of all annual marketing agreements and strategic partnerships with leading consumer brands and traditional tour operators, among others, in Hyatt Inclusive Collection EAME. Your Responsibilities • Negotiate, finalize and execute co-operative marketing plans with EAME TTOO, ensuring the presence and brand positioning of the portfolio in all marketing agreement tactics, including but not limited to: banners, emails, video advertising, digital and print brochures, social media and PR campaigns., • Responsible for tracking all completed TTOO marketing agreement tactics and providing an overall summary in executive presentations., • Coordinate with regional and on-property Sales Directors, objectives, budgets, marketing plans and tactic actions., • The successful candidate will provide recommendations on partnership marketing initiatives and innovative marketing tactics to enact with strategic and new prospective partners in sports, cultural and social fields., • Act as a key liaison between the South Region Hyatt EAME teams and global Strategic Partnerships for trademarking and branding alignment., • Support the successful launch and market introduction of new properties in development to meet established sales and revenue targets., • Responsible for identifying annual marketing strategies and promotional campaigns designed to establish brand positioning and meet established revenue goals, • Responsible for the logistical execution and support of all annual marketing agreements and strategic partnerships with leading consumer brands., • Attend destination specific trade fairs and conferences, both domestic and international travel. Your Qualifications & Experience • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within an international and regional scope., • Proven experience launching marketing campaigns across multiple international markets., • Demonstrated track record supporting new hotel openings and property launches., • Solid understanding of key tour operators in EAME and the associated marketing strategies., • Current experience within the travel, hotel or hospitality industry., • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred but not mandatory., • Business-level proficiency in English., • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint., • Strong strategic thinking, creativity and innovation capabilities., • Excellent executive presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills., • Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure., • Willingness and ability to travel up to approximately 15%.
