Misión del puesto: · Coordinar, supervisar y garantizar la correcta prestación de los servicios externalizados de limpieza y asistencia hotelera en establecimientos de 4 y 5 estrellas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, la satisfacción del cliente, y la eficiencia operativa del personal asignado. Funciones principales: · Gestión integral del servicio en hoteles asignados (habitaciones, zonas comunes, cocinas, office, minibares, etc.). · Coordinación de equipos de camareras de pisos, mozos valet, supervisores y personal de zonas comunes. · Interlocución directa con la dirección del hotel para seguimiento de incidencias y mejora continua. · Control de cuadrantes, turnos, vacaciones y cobertura de ausencias. · Supervisión del cumplimiento de los procedimientos y estándares de calidad. · Gestión de inventario, productos de limpieza, lencería y equipamiento. · Formación y desarrollo de los equipos a cargo. · Apoyo en la implantación de nuevos servicios y subrogaciones. Requisitos: · Formación en Turismo, Hostelería, Facility Management o similar (valorable). · Experiencia mínima de 3 años en gestión operativa de servicios externalizados en hoteles. · Conocimiento del funcionamiento del departamento de pisos y de estándares de calidad (Forbes, ISO, etc.). · Capacidad de liderazgo, planificación y resolución de incidencias. · Usuario avanzado de herramientas ofimáticas y sistemas de control de fichajes. · Disponibilidad horaria y movilidad según necesidades del servicio. The Opportunity: We’re looking for a curious and driven Software Developer Intern to join our engineering team and gain hands-on exposure to the backend of a large-scale, distributed e-commerce platform.
