This role involves responding to a wide variety of guest requests, accurately assessing their needs, and providing personalized recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. Key Functions Select train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees, supervisors and assistant managers in the Hotel’s All Day Restaurant to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met long-range strategic planning for outlet operation. The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts. Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments. Assist the Restaurant General Manager in controlling labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control. Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed. Trabajamos con opositores a Bomberos, Policía Nacional y Policía Local, lo que requiere un conocimiento detallado de sus pruebas físicas y una metodología de enseñanza eficaz. Queremos incorporar un/a Preparador/a Físico/a Especialista en Rendimiento Deportivo que desempeñe un rol clave en nuestro equipo, encargándose de: - Diseño, supervisión e impartición de entrenamientos adaptados a opositores. - Gestión de entrenamientos a distancia, utilizando plataformas digitales. - Asegurar el seguimiento y progreso del alumnado dentro de los programas establecidos. - Creación de contenido educativo para redes sociales, blog y otros canales digitales. - Análisis técnico mediante videoanálisis para perfeccionar la ejecución de ejercicios y pruebas. - Trabajo en equipo y formación continua, colaborando con el equipo y manteniéndose al día en nuevas tendencias del sector. Requisitos Imprescindibles: - Licenciatura/Grado en Ciencias de la Actividad Física y del Deporte. - Experiencia en planificación y ejecución de entrenamientos. - Conocimientos avanzados en fuerza, fisiología deportiva y atletismo. - Capacidad para impartir entrenamientos presenciales y online. - Habilidades pedagógicas y motivacionales. - Carnet de conducir tipo B y disponibilidad para desplazamientos. - Condición física suficiente para ejemplificar correctamente los ejercicios.
