We are currently looking for our: People analyst – (M/F/NB) 🚩 What will your day-to-day life be like? We are currently looking for our future People Analyst, based in Madrid, reporting hierarchically to the HRBP for Spain, working as a HR generalist and collaborating with the centers of excellence from the global People teams mainly based in France and counterparts in other entities (Comp & Ben, Payroll, Talent & Development, Talent Acquisition...). The population within your scope is around 100 professionals, spread across multiple job functions between the Spanish headquarters and the shopping centers. In This Context, Your Main Missions Are As Follows: • Compensation & Benefits:, • Lead the annual Compensation Review process for Spain, including salary reviews, data analysis, reporting, and coordination with global and local stakeholders., • End-to-end management of employee benefits in Spain, acting as the main liaison with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and external vendors., • Continuous review and improvement of the local benefits offering, identifying opportunities to enhance employee value proposition and engagement., • Preparation and management of compensation-related documentation, including promotion, salary increase, and rewards communication letters., • HR Operations & Controlling, • Management of employee lifecycle administration in Workday, including system entries, absences, hires and terminations, and maintaining People databases accurate and up to date., • HR controlling and reporting quarterly., • Development and monitoring of staff and non-staff budgets, supporting workforce planning and cost control., • Facilitate change management efforts within the function to support transformation and operational efficiency., • Learning & Development, • Creation and coordination of training weeks and learning initiatives, aligned to functional capability gaps and growth plans, including assessment of needs, provider selection, and logistics management., • Collaboration with external training providers to design learning solutions aligned with business and people development needs., • Graduate Program & Recruitment Support, • Management of the International Graduate Program (IGP) in Spain, coordinating rotations, stakeholders, and participant follow-up., • Collaboration with external schools and institutions to support future recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives., • Support in recruitment processes coordination and overall employer branding experience., • Employee Experience & Engagement, • Design and coordination of employee experience initiatives, with a focus on internal communication, engagement, and overall employee satisfaction., • Ownership of employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience aligned with internal policies and local regulations., • Organization and coordination of internal events and well-being initiatives to foster team connection, engagement, and a positive workplace culture., • Maintain up to date our internal intranet, labor calendar, employee handbook, and all internal People materials… and ensure consistent application of People policies.
