About the job Como Responsable de Calidad. (Área Housekeeping), dirigirás y motivarás a un equipo encargado de garantizar un alto nivel de limpieza y servicio en todo el hotel. Siendo responsable de la gestión diaria de las operaciones de limpieza en el esfuerzo continuo del hotel por ofrecer un servicio excepcional a los huéspedes, también supervisarás el rendimiento financiero de las operaciones del departamento de limpieza y la eficiencia del servicio de lavandería. ¿Qué tendrás que hacer? Minor Hotels Europe & Americas precisa incorporar un o una Responsable de Calidad. Área Housekeeping para el NH Madrid Ribera del Manzanares: • La comunicación con la contrata de limpieza (junto a la dirección del Hotel) • Supervisar todo lo relacionado con la limpieza de las habitaciones y zonas comunes, así como de la gestión de la lencería. • Informar y velar por el cumplimiento de las normas de calidad de la compañía y los procedimientos operativos establecidos para el departamento • Atender las quejas y sugerencias de los clientes • Informar periódicamente a la supervisora de la contrata, de las habitaciones que debe limpiar cada día y asignar un tiempo diario de limpieza de zonas comunes. • Revisar diariamente las habitaciones y las zonas comunes que la Dirección del hotel establezca y reportar todas las deficiencias a la supervisora de la empresa de limpieza.
