We are currently looking for a talented and dynamic LATAM Sales Manager based in Madrid to join our team, to promote and sell to Leisure and Group market in the geographic region of Mexico and LATAM representing Four Seasons Hotel Madrid.
The purpose of this position is to uncover, prospect and secure Leisure and Group business, in accordance with the objectives established in the Marketing Plan and ensure that all sales quotas are met.
What you will do:
Execute all sales efforts, including responding to general inquiries and client requests in a timely manner. Maintain an active trace/follow-up system on all personal sales calls.
Actively solicit and book group and transient business from various sources of leads.
Conduct all sales-related interactions with the highest level of professionalism, maintaining Four Seasons standards.
Coordinate and confirm customer events, sales appointments, site visits, and Fam Trips. Develop creative and attractive presentations for potential clients.
Develop and execute strategic projects for Mexico and LATAM to increase volume and profitability in both segments.
Delegate property tours to meeting planners, travel agents, and potential clients, while maintaining clear communication with the Sales Team. Pre-plan special inspections, pre-planning trips, and program execution as needed.
Collaborate with Conference Services and Catering to execute confirmed programs and ensure all stakeholders are fully informed for timely action.
Negotiate contract terms to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
Utilize account management systems effectively, meeting Four Seasons standards, and maintain deep knowledge of local and regional competitors.
Meet annual sales targets and ensure monthly sales activities are planned and achieved.
Provide input on the marketing plan and budget.
Promote and sell to group and leisure markets in the assigned region through direct client engagement, phone and in-person sales, trade shows, and networking events.
Align group bookings and sales activities with transient demand to optimize RevPAR.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams to achieve budgeted sales goals,
What you bring:
3 to 5 years of experience in luxury hotel sales, ideally as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in virtual and in-person presentations.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Opera, and/or other CRM systems.
Working knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management.
Strong attention to detail and a service mindset tailored to high-expectation clients.
Flexibility to work variable hours based on business needs, including travel.
Independent judgment and discretion in decision-making, with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through on additional responsibilities assigned by leadership.
A degree in Hospitality Management is preferred but not required with relevant experience.

The Role We’re looking for a Commercial Account Manager who thrives in an autonomous role and acts as a trusted commercial lead, identifying new opportunities while expanding and strengthening existing customer relationships. This person will develop strategies tailored to our customers — all while leveraging inte-QT’s cutting-edge global platform and internal tools. What You’ll Do Strategic Sales & Business Development • Identify and acquire new customers among Telcos, Carriers, System Integrators, and SDWAN partners., • Develop regional or vertical-focused go-to-market strategies., • Own and manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation through deal closure. Customer Success & Growth • Nurture existing accounts and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities., • Understand customer technical and commercial drivers and translate them into winning solutions., • Collaborate with Sales Support, Product, and Delivery teams to align customer needs with our services. Autonomy & Ownership • Operate as an independent commercial partner within inte-QT’s framework., • Actively use our internal tools and platform to manage pricing, quoting, and tracking. What You Bring • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in telecom, IT, or managed services)., • Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter approach., • Proven ability to close complex deals and manage long sales cycles., • Strong communication skills in English (Spanish and other languages are a plus)., • Comfort with CRM systems, quoting tools, and remote collaboration platforms., • Ability to work autonomously while remaining connected with a global, agile team.
