    Are you looking for a new adventure? we are looking for an F&B Cluster MarCom (Food & Beverage Cluster Marketing & Communications Manager) to cover a maternity leave A F&B Cluster MarCom (Food & Beverage Cluster Marketing & Communications Manager) is responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication strategies for the food and beverage outlets across multiple hotels within a cluster or region. Here's a brief definition in English: ¿Qué tendrás que hacer? Definition of the Marketing & Communication Plan for Outlets Establishment of the Marketing & Communication plan. Plan creation. Plan monitoring. Plan adaptation throughout the year. Branding and Concept Ensure visual and conceptual consistency for each outlet. Development of all stationery and communication/marketing materials required for each restaurant. Digital Communication Supervise publications, materials, and shootings. Control monthly publication calendars. Coordinate with agencies and the e-commerce team. Optimize presence on key platforms (websites, Google Business Profile, reservations). PR Coordinate the PR plan of each outlet’s hotel. Draft/Review press releases. Organize national and international press trips to promote the restaurant. Hosting: receiving journalists and influencers. Development of gifts for clients or press. Collaborate on national and international Press Trips organized by BU or RO where the hotel, and therefore the restaurant, is promoted. Campaigns and Activations Ensure proper implementation of promotions and events. Analysis and Visibility Establish KPIs, track them, and consolidate reports. Verify updates of websites, apps, and basic SEO. Analyze competition and digital trends. Regional and Cross-Functional Coordination Align the strategy of the different outlets under a unified brand vision. Share best practices among hotels and ensure consistency across all markets. Management of Suppliers and External Agencies Select, coordinate, and follow up with PR, social media, and design agencies. Validate deliverables and ensure compliance with timings and budgets. Budget and Reporting Establish the annual budget of each restaurant in collaboration with the GM, Revenue, and F&B department. Control the assigned marketing investment. Prepare consolidated reports by country/region for Management and BU. Reporting Direct reporting to the GM. ¿Qué buscamos? Service oriented person Strong sense of aesthetics and creativity. About the role Four Seasons Spain Collection is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to join the team. Based at Madrid, the Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth for Four Seasons Spain Collection, representing the Madrid and Mallorca properties with a strategic focus on the North America and Canada markets. The role manages leisure, strengthens brand presence, and collaborates closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences, while reporting to the Director of Sales and Associate Director of Sales at each property. What you will do • To implement all sales action plans related to US &Canada FIT leisure segment and assigned geographical areas, in line with the approved Marketing Plan., • To actively contribute to the achievement of departmental goals and budgeted revenue targets., • To proactively solicit leisure FIT business for rooms and related hotel services through direct sales activities targeting US-based &Canada based travel advisors, luxury consortia, and leisure partners., • To design and execute strategic sales action plans specifically focused on the US &Canada FIT leisure segment., • To closely monitor account revenue and business production for US FIT leisure accounts, including travel advisors, consortia, luxury agencies, and key production partners., • To maximize up-selling and cross-selling opportunities whenever possible., • To attend relevant work-related functions and promotional events (e.g. trade shows) and actively promote hotel products and services., • To plan and conduct sales trips to major market areas, with prior approval from the Director of Sales and Associate Director of Sales of both properties, visit existing and potential accounts within assigned territories., • To report to the Director of Sales and Associate Director of Sales of both properties on potential market and segment requiring additional sales coverage., • To review direct competitors and conduct ongoing market and industry research., • To work closely with office support staff to maintain both hotel database and Central Information System in an efficient and accurate manner., • To complete and submit weekly Golden S&C sales call reports in a timely manner., • To conduct telemarketing activities and perform research using internet and internal resources to identify, qualify, and develop new accounts., • To project a professional and positive image when representing both hotels at all times., • To host corporate familiarization trips, conduct hotel tours, attend trade shows, sales trips, and webinars, and provide support to colleagues as required., • To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales and Associate Directors of Sales of both properties., • To maintain a high level of market exposure for the hotel through direct sales efforts, telephone, email, and written communications., • To strive to meet and exceed sales targets established by the Director of Sales and Associate Director of Sales., • To carry out day-to-day sales activities within the US &Canada FIT leisure market in accordance with established policies and procedures., • To develop new accounts by analyzing business potential, client needs, and purchasing behaviors., • To conduct site inspections for prospective and existing clients., • To liaise with all Worldwide Sales Offices (WSOs) to generate and follow up on potential sales leads. Additional languages a plus Role Summary: The Air Cargo Manager is responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for air cargo sales, maximizing revenue and market share across assigned territories and accounts. The role acts as the primary point of contact between airlines, freight forwarders, shippers, and internal operations teams. Key Responsibilities Commercial & Sales • Develop and implement cargo sales strategies to achieve revenue and tonnage targets., • Identify, prospect, and acquire new freight forwarder and shipper accounts., • Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts (FF, integrators, brokers)., • Negotiate rates, space allocations, and commercial agreements., • Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and market activations., • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics. Operational Coordination • Coordinate with operations and handling teams to ensure service delivery commitments., • Liaise with airline partners (GSSA or direct) on capacity, schedules, and special cargo needs., • Follow up on bookings, shipment status, and document management., • Support claims handling and resolve customer service issues proactively. Requirements & Qualifications Essential • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in air cargo sales or GSSA environment., • Solid network of freight forwarders and key accounts in Spain., • Strong knowledge of air freight products (general cargo, express, special cargo, charter)., • Familiarity with IATA regulations, AWB processes, and cargo documentation., • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets., • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Desirable • Experience with Middle East airline routes and Asian cargo markets., • Knowledge of handling agents and CTOs at MAD., • Experience supporting new airline launches in Europe., • Proficiency in Cargo Management Systems (e.g., Cargospot, Unisys, Hermes).
