The Role of Commis Pastry : The Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Commis Pastry to join our pre-opening team. The Commis Pastry is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Commis Pastry prepares guests dessert orders from all outlets in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. Prepare pastry items according to guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards, as well as production, portion, and presentation standards; complete mis en place and set-up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service.
