Mission: As a Deluxe Collection Supervisor, you will design tailored hospitality experiences for our guests by providing friendly, efficient, and elegant service. Management: Ensure that all services are carried out in a smooth and exceptional manner by the team. Monitor guest feedback and reviews, taking proactive measures to address any issues and continuously improve the guest experience. Collaborate with other departments, to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any service-related issues. Supervision: Identify training needs to develop and manage performance. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Mission: As a kids Entertainer, you will create entertainment experiences for our younger guests by providing friendly, efficient, and elegant service. Activities: Prepare, implement and conduct the children's activities and evening programs such as sports, fun games, shows, mini discos, etc. Check daily all playgrounds and general facilities. Ensure that all equipment and materials are under health and safety standards. Public relations: Welcome and greet all the families. Promote actively all children´s club activities. Keep active guest contact during duty and off duty, whenever inside the resort facilities.
