We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to work at our Valencia-based company, operating in the superyacht composites and engineering sector, to help us build and operate the marketing sector of our company and drive expansion.
The person we are looking for would have strong written communication skills (fluent in English), experienced in digital marketing and interested in bringing fresh ideas and supporting the Sales Director to drive:
-LinkedIn content & campaigns
-Outbound & inbound leads
-Event strategy
-Use AI and automation to drive & support the sales team using measurable marketing activity
Offer
- 40 hours per week
- Initially working as a Freelancer (autonomo) before transitioning to employment contract (subject to performance)
- Salary depending on experience and will increase if candidate successfully completes probation period. Minimum salary starting 24.000€ DOE
