This is a full-stack operating role across project delivery, renovation execution, financial control, compliance, investor success, tenant experience and team performance. You work on the organisation as much as in the organisation: building structure, installing rhythm, clarifying ownership and making sure the company scales through systems, not chaos. You will have the mandate to professionalise the operating model, build and lead the team, and make execution decisions across projects, operations and reporting. This is a senior leadership role with direct exposure to the CEO, board and international investors. /p bYou will be accountable for: /b ul liEnd-to-end operational execution across the weVLC platform /li liProject delivery of property acquisitions, renovations and transformations /li liTimeline reliability, budget discipline and quality control /li liOperational PL performance and project-level financial control /li liBuilding, leading and professionalising the operational team /li liSupplier, contractor and stakeholder coordination /li liCompliance, liability and operational risk management /li liInvestor success, structured reporting and communication rhythm /li liTenant experience, community operations and service quality /li liScalable processes, dashboards, systems and accountability structures /li /ul pSuccess in this role means projects are delivered on time, on budget and to weVLC quality standards; teams know who owns what; project margins and operational performance are transparent; investors receive clear and reliable reporting; and residents experience weVLC as premium, responsive and connected. /p bYour first 12 months /b pIn your first year, your focus will be to professionalise the operating machine behind weVLC’s next phase of growth. This means strengthening project, financial, risk and compliance control; building accountability across the team; improving investor reporting; and ensuring that project delivery, tenant experience and community operations scale to weVLC standards and local regulatory requirements. The business should become more predictable, more transparent, more compliant and easier to scale, without losing the entrepreneurial speed and ownership that made weVLC successful. /p bThe candidate we are looking for /b pWe are looking for a senior operator who wants real ownership. Someone who is motivated by complexity, structure and building a company that can scale. You may already operate at COO level, or you may be a strong Head of Operations, Operations Director, General Manager, Chief of Staff or platform leader ready to step into full operational responsibility. You bring the maturity to lead, the discipline to structure and the energy to operate in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment. /p bWhat you bring /b ul li8–15+ years of relevant experience in operations, scaling companies, real estate, hospitality, proptech, flex-living, construction/project operations or investor‑backed platforms /li liProven ability to scale an operationally complex business from founder‑led to process‑led /li liExperience managing multi‑project execution with budgets, timelines, suppliers and teams /li liStrong financial, analytical and reporting capability /li liExperience with operational PL responsibility, project‑level financial control or portfolio performance /li liAbility to design and implement scalable processes, KPIs, dashboards and reporting rhythms /li liExperience building and leading performance‑driven teams /li liConfidence working with founders, boards, investors and international stakeholders /li liStrong English is mandatory; Spanish is a strong advantage /li liWillingness to commit full‑time and in‑office in Valencia /li liReal estate, renovation, property operations, hospitality, residential platform or flex‑living experience is highly relevant, but not the only route. What matters is the ability to translate operational discipline into a complex, physical, fast‑scaling platform. /li /ul bMindset and culture /b pYou are structured, but not corporate.
