Commercial General Manager – Northern Spain Role Summary We are seeking a highly commercial and operational leader with a strong background in Domains, Hosting, Cloud Infrastructure, Digital Platforms, SaaS, or adjacent technology services. Alternatively, candidates may come from leading strategy consulting firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Roland Berger, Strategy&, Oliver Wyman, or similar, provided they have subsequently built significant leadership experience within technology-driven businesses. The Commercial General Manager will lead the full commercial and operational strategy of the organization, driving scalable growth across marketing, sales, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue performance. This executive will be responsible for a large-scale technology business operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, with particular emphasis on mass marketing, performance marketing, digital customer acquisition, and commercial excellence. The role includes full responsibility for local go-to-market execution, adaptation of global initiatives to the Spanish market, and close collaboration with central functional teams. The successful candidate will combine strategic vision with a highly hands-on leadership style and will have demonstrated success scaling technology businesses and leading large organizations. A key component of the role is the leadership and development of an organization of up to 300 employees while driving significant growth in revenue, profitability, EBITDA, and market share. The General Manager is responsible for monitoring market trends, identifying business opportunities, managing shared P&L performance, and ensuring long-term sustainable growth. The ideal candidate is strategic yet highly operational, entrepreneurial, resilient, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving technology environment.
