Partner Specialist – Europe MSSP Network Development About Pradeo : Pradeo is a software vendor specializing in mobile cybersecurity (Mobile Threat Defense – MTD). Our solutions protect corporate mobile devices against application, network, and system threats. As part of our international expansion, we are actively developing our network of MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider) partners worldwide. The Role : Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing the MSSP partner network across Europe. Your objective: identify, recruit, onboard, and manage MSSPs that will integrate Pradeo services into their managed offerings, thereby generating recurring and predictable revenue for Pradeo. Key Responsibilities : MSSP Partner Identification & Recruitment • Map the MSSP ecosystem across Europe (France, Germany, United Kingdom, Benelux, Scandinavia, Southern Europe, etc.), • Identify and prioritize high-potential MSSPs for Pradeo solutions, • Actively prospect and initiate first contact (cold outreach, events, professional networks), • Qualify partnership opportunities based on defined criteria (size, customer base, security maturity), • Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements (contracts, SLAs, commercial terms) Partner Onboarding & Enablement • Lead onboarding of new MSSP partners: training on solutions, tools, and processes, • Create and adapt sales and training materials for the region (documentation, presentations), • Train partner sales and technical teams on Pradeo offerings, • Support partners in designing managed services integrating Pradeo solutions, • Ensure continuous upskilling of active partners Network Management & Growth • Manage and engage active partner network: regular check-ins, quarterly business reviews, • Define and track revenue targets with each partner (ARR, MRR), • Identify co-selling and joint business development opportunities, • Organize co-marketing initiatives (webinars, local events), • Anticipate disengagement risks and implement corrective action plans Performance Management & Reporting • Manage and maintain the partner pipeline in HubSpot, • Produce regular reports on KPIs: number of active partners, ARR generated, pipeline, • Conduct market and competitive intelligence across Europe, • Contribute to defining the regional partner strategy, • Participate in cybersecurity trade shows and conferences in the region, • Represent Pradeo with local stakeholders and professional associations KPIs: Number of new MSSP partners signed, Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) generated via partners, Active partner rate, Geographic coverage across Europe Candidate Profile : Education & Experience • Master's degree (or equivalent, Bac+4/5) in business, business development, or similar, • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in partnership development, channel management, or business development, • Experience in B2B SaaS sales or in cybersecurity / IT is highly desirable, • Understanding of MSSP/MSP models and indirect sales approaches, • Strong interest in European markets; experience in the region is a major advantage Key Skills • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, • Results-driven, business-oriented, with strong follow-through, • Proficiency with CRM tools, ideally HubSpot, • Ability to work autonomously across a remote geographic region, • Comfortable working in multicultural environments Languages • Fluent French – required (internal Pradeo language), • Fluent English – required (primary working language with partners and HQ), • Spanish or Portuguese – major advantage (Southern Europe / Iberian Peninsula coverage), • Other European languages (German, Dutch, etc.) – bonus Terms & Conditions : Contract Type Permanent Working Time Full time Location Europe – with regular travel across the region Experience Level Mid-level – 3 to 5 years Availability ASAP Equipment Provided Laptop + Smartphone CRM HubSpot Required Languages French + English fluent; Spanish/Portuguese bonus
