About the job JOB SUMMARY Provides leadership and direction to all Food and Beverage outlets and staff including Restaurants, In Room Dining, Services and Beverage outlets. Manages the daily activities and monitors the performance of the Food and Beverage management and service teams. Verifies that all outlet operational policies and procedures are maintained throughout the outlets. Verfies that Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and regional Alcoholic Beverage Commissions guidelines are maintained. Assists the Director of Food and Beverage (F&B) in developing and managing the strategic plan for the Food and Beverage division including budget administration, forecasting, inventory and cost control. Manages the development of the Food and Beverage outlet management team. Manages and creates Food and Beverage marketing and promotional opportunities for the outlets to draw clientele from the local market. CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience • High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area. OR • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area. Researches market trends and concepts to recommend appropriate products, services and operational changes necessary to maintain guest satisfaction. • Maintains and demonstrates strong knowledge of food and beverage trends within the hospitality industry. • Verifies that all Food and Beverage outlet teams are properly trained in the areas of sanitation, food safety, and customer service. Managing and Conducting Human Resources Activities • Interviews, selects and trains employees. • Appraises employee's productivity and efficiency for the purpose of recommending promotions or other changes in status. • Manages the performance of the Exhibit Hall team including annual performance evaluations, career planning and training requirements. Serás una pieza clave en el proceso de postproducción, responsable de transformar el material grabado en piezas audiovisuales pulidas, dinámicas y efectivas que cumplan con los objetivos de nuestros clientes y los estándares de calidad de Orbit Media Lab. Responsabilidades Principales: - Montaje y edición de vídeo para una amplia gama de proyectos: desde vídeos corporativos y promocionales hasta contenido para redes sociales, spots y piezas documentales cortas. - Realizar la corrección de color y etalonaje para asegurar una estética visual cohesiva y profesional. - Edición y mezcla de sonido básica (diálogos, música, efectos) para garantizar una experiencia auditiva de calidad. - Creación e integración de gráficos en movimiento (motion graphics), títulos y otros elementos visuales que enriquezcan la narrativa. - Adaptar las piezas finales a diferentes formatos y plataformas, optimizando para cada canal. - Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo creativo (productores, directores, y otros editores) para asegurar la coherencia y la excelencia del proyecto. - Gestionar y organizar el material audiovisual de los proyectos asignados. - Cumplir con los plazos de entrega y mantener altos estándares de calidad en todas las fases de la postproducción. - Mantenerse al día de las últimas tendencias en edición de vídeo, software y técnicas de postproducción.
