Complexity is moderate (territory and/or assigned accounts, products/services, sales or account management process). /li liHas moderate authority to make sales commitments for assigned efforts and is accountable for results within established guidelines. May provide input to division-wide sales standards, practices, procedures and policies and/or tenders. /li liImplement comprehensive sales plans to ensure increased market penetration and establishing of new accounts. /li liDevelops and maintains a good understanding of Abbott Medical therapies and product(s). /li liOperating room assistance. /li liPrepares reports and drafts initial conclusions/basic analysis; and performs required administrative sales duties, e.g., filing expense account reports, scheduling appointments, and making travel plans. /li liMaintain business operations in accordance with corporate policies in respect to pricing, quotes, credit terms, expense reporting and Quality guidelines. /li liFollow and share the best practices guidelines before and after the sales call. /li liDevelops knowledge/awareness of competition products. /li liAct as Company ambassador at all times i.e. represent the Company in a professional manner and with highest integrity while interacting with customers and assigned institutions, physicians and technicians, customer purchasing and administration. /li liProactively plans weekly travel schedule and communicate this through the appropriate channels in his/her country/division. /li liApply the company Account Profiling system and ensure the following basic information is incorporated in the accounts: people, their preferred behavioral styles, volume of product, competitors, local politics, decision structure including decision makers, needs, brief history, proposed minimum call frequency. /li liIs responsible to comply with the H.C.P. guidelines. /li /ul pbEDUCATION COMPETENCIES /b /p ul liBasic understanding of Abbott Medical (or similar) product lines and acquiring fair understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market and the needs of assigned accounts. /li liBachelor’s Degree Biomedical Engineer or Engineering. /li li3-5 years of successful sales experience within medical device industry. /li liWell organized and accustomed to tight deadlines. /li liExcellent personal computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point. /li liEnglish Level: B2-C1 (International Training). /li liExperience to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment. /li liExcellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills. /li liCustomer- and results- oriented, self-starter. /li liDriver License - Mandatory. /li liTravel 50%. /li /ul pConnect with us at on Facebook at and on Twitter @AbbottNews and @AbbottGlobal. /p pbThe base pay for this position is /b /p pN/A /p pIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted. /p h3bJOB FAMILY: /b /h3 pSales Force /p h3bDIVISION: /b /h3 pCRM Cardiac Rhythm Management /p h3bLOCATION: /b /h3 pSpain Avda.
