We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead a high-profile turnaround and repositioning project for an exclusive boutique hotel in Tenerife. This is a unique opportunity to spearhead the transformation of the asset into one of the top luxury hotels on the island. • Lead the cultural and operational transformation of the hotel as part of an ambitious luxury boutique repositioning project., • Manage, inspire, and develop a team across multiple functional areas, fostering a culture of excellence and service quality., • Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and exceptional guest experiences., • Supervise the successful launch and management of new gastronomic concepts and the hotel's F&B operations., • Collaborate closely with ownership, corporate leadership, and external advisors to achieve strategic financial targets., • Maintain high standards of quality control, cost management, and operational efficiency., • Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration (ADE), or related field., • Proven professional experience as a Deputy Manager or Director of Operations in luxury hospitality., • Strong background and solid knowledge in F&B management and innovative gastronomic concepts., • Fluent proficiency in both English and German (essential for communicating with international guests)., • Demonstrated transformational leadership and exceptional people management skills., • Core competencies in hotel management, financial cost control, emotional intelligence, and customer orientation.
