We are looking for an Business Development Manager to identify growth opportunities with our current clients, increase seat counts, and introduce additional services across Native Teams’ product offerin g. Key Responsibi • lities: Pipeline Generation & Territory Dev • elopmentBuild and manage a healthy outbound and inbound sales pipeline aligned with defined ICPs and terr, • itories.Identify and engage relevant stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal, Talent, Operations, and C-level fu, • nctions.Execute outreach strategies through email, LinkedIn, calls, events, and re, • ferrals.Discovery & Consultati, • ve SalesLead structured discovery calls to deeply understand hiring plans, compliance constraints, payroll needs, and operational cha, • llenges.Articulate the value of Native Teams’ services (EOR, Contractor of Record, Contractor Payments, Mobility, Entity Support, etc.) in a way tailored to stakeholder pri, • orities.Educate prospects on onboarding timelines, pricing models, compliance processes, and delivery expec, • tations.Solution & Proposa, • l DesignPrepare pricing scenarios, proposals, and commercial recommendations based on client use cases and internal gui, • delines.Conduct competitive differentiation and demonstrate ROI to accelerate buying de, • cisions.Balance speed, accuracy, and deal prioritization when building pr, • oposals.Negotiation &, • ClosingLead commercial negotiations through to contract signature, including stakeholders across Procurement, Legal, and, • Finance.Handle complex objections, approval cycles, and multi-stakeholder al, • ignment.Consistently hit monthly and quarterly quota, • targets.Revenue Forecasting & CRM Di, • sciplineMaintain accurate deal stages, timelines, and forecasting data in, • the CRM.Provide visibility into probability, expected close dates, blockers, and nex, • t steps.Track KPIs related to pipeline velocity, outbound performance, close rates, and revenue gen, • eration.Cross-Functional Colla, • borationPartner with Customer Success and Onboarding to ensure smooth activation pos, • t-close.Work with Legal, Product, and Finance when deals require additional scoping or ada, • ptation.Share client/market insights to inform ICP strategy, product improvements, and posi, • tioning.Market & Competitive K, • nowledgeStay updated on industry developments in global payroll, compliance, talent mobility, and, • HR tech.Track competitor offerings and help evolve messaging, pricing, and commercial s trategy. Qual • ifications: Proven experience managing full sales cycles in a B2B • environment.Strong consultative sales and relationship-buil, • ding skills.Ability to communicate confidently with multiple stakeholders includ, • ing C-level.Experience presenting commercial proposals and negotiatin, • g contracts.Comfort operating in international and compliance-driven sales e, • nvironments.Familiarity with CRM and sales tech (HubSpot, • preferred).Excellent organizational skills and time management c, • apabilities.Fluency in spoken and writ, • ten English.Preferred Skills &, • ; ExperienceExperience in global payroll, compliance, HR tech, talent, mobility, fintech, or SaaS is a plus (not, • mandatory).Strong objection-handling, stakeholder alignment, and closing c, • apabilities.Ability to manage 20–40 active pipeline opportunities concurrently depending o, • n deal size.Ability to balance velocity (quick wins) with larger stra, • tegic deals.Multilingual capabilities are a n advanta • ge.
