As global demand continues to grow and supply chains become more complex, we are looking for people who bring rigor, curiosity, courage and operational excellence to the table. /p h3What will your mission be? /h3 pWe are looking for a Junior Data Systems Analyst to join our worldwide distribution HQ in Valencia. Your mission will be to support the quality, reliability and improvement of our data and internal systems. You will work closely with experienced IT and business professionals, helping ensure that data flows correctly across platforms, that system changes are properly tested, and that our reporting and BI capabilities continue to evolve. /p pThis is a hands‑on junior role for someone who wants to grow in the intersection between data, systems, analytics and business operations. You will not only execute tasks. We want someone who is curious enough to understand why things work the way they do, detail‑oriented enough to detect inconsistencies, and proactive enough to suggest better ways of working. /p h3Your main responsibilities will be: /h3 ul liPerform and validate data loads across internal platforms and systems. /li liReview data quality, consistency and accuracy. /li liDetect data errors, inconsistencies or gaps, and help correct them. /li liSupport testing of new functionalities during system updates, improvements or deployments. /li liAssist in BI developments, such as dashboards, queries, reports and data visualizations, as your knowledge grows. /li liSupport the documentation of system processes, data flows and testing results. /li liCollaborate with IT and business teams to understand operational needs and translate them into clear data or system requirements. /li liParticipate in process improvement and automation discussions. /li liHelp improve the efficiency, reliability and usability of digital tools and data processes. /li liLearn from experienced IT professionals while gradually taking more ownership of recurring tasks and small projects. /li /ul h3What do we need from you? /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science or a related field. /li liAround 1 to 2 years of experience in data, systems, BI, analytics, IT support, process improvement or a similar role. Strong internship experience may also be considered. /li liBasic to intermediate knowledge of SQL. /li liGood knowledge of Excel. /li liBasic knowledge of Python. /li liInterest in BI tools, dashboards, data visualization and reporting. /li liStrong logical reasoning and ability to understand how data, systems and processes connect. /li liHigh attention to detail and the ability to detect errors or inconsistencies. /li liGood communication skills, especially when working with technical and non-technical colleagues. /li liA proactive, structured and accountable way of working. /li liStrong learning agility and genuine curiosity to understand how things work, why issues happen and how processes can be improved. /li liTeam player mindset and willingness to grow in an international environment. /li liGood English skills.
