We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to work at our Valencia-based company, operating in the superyacht composites and engineering sector, to help us build and operate the marketing sector of our company and drive expansion.

 The person we are looking for would have strong written communication skills (fluent in English), experienced in digital marketing and interested in bringing fresh ideas and supporting the Sales Director to drive:
 -LinkedIn content & campaigns
 -Outbound & inbound leads
 -Event strategy
 -Use AI and automation to drive & support the sales team using measurable marketing activity

 Offer
40 hours per week 
Initially working as a Freelancer (autonomo) before transitioning to employment contract (subject to performance)
Salary depending on experience and will increase if candidate successfully completes probation period. Minimum salary starting 24.000€ DOE
Revenue-linked performance bonus
High autonomy

 This role includes operational access to the CEO’s LinkedIn account. Alignment, loyalty, and discretion are essential.

 We are looking to start interviewing immediately. Applicants must have their NIE or approved visa to work in Spain. Please note this is an office-based role, not remote.
