Job purpose: Under the direction of Amway ESAN, freelancer trainer is responsible to deliver trainings, using modern training methods and principles. Primary responsibilities: • Delivers face to face, web based and live stream trainings according to Amway ESAN strategy, • Creates a comfortable cross-cultural and cross-generation climate, a comfortable physical/virtual learning environment, engages audience., • Ensures the positive representation of Amway by delivering training with the highest standards of professionalism and customer service., • Thoroughly prepares for training sessions using the materials provided by Amway., • Submits reports on delivered training sessions, including evaluations and collected feedback., • Proactively suggests improvements and based experience, • Participates in trainer meetings and Train the Trainer sessions., • Frequently travels, including delivery during week /weekends and evening hours., • Incorporating the briefing on the training request, • Ensure personal access to all product necessary to deliver training, • Fulfill specific individual training requests, • Ensure all required training materials provided by Amway are prepared for the training sessions, • Delivers high-quality training on product knowledge using modern and engaging methodologies, tools, and techniques., • Represents Amway brands effectively, serving as a brand ambassador and role model while working with Amway., • Requests ABOs to complete training evaluation surveys, collects responses and submit them into Amway reporting system., • Maintain professional appearance according to specific training assignment., • Understanding the Amway business opportunity and how ABOs build their business with Amway products and solutions., • Promote, reinforce and support ABOs to shift their behavior towards becoming Amway skin-health advocates. Required Knowledge & Skills and/or Related Experience: • Spanish language at C1/C2 level, • Must operate under their own registered business entity and be able to issue invoices for services rendered., • Must be available to collaborate on a freelance/contractor basis (not a salaried employment role)., • Fluent (level B2/C1) in English, and preferable one other language according to Common European Framework for Languages: ___, • Certification/ educational background in Wellness/Nutrition, • Minimum of 2 years' experience in delivering training in the area of health and wellbeing., • International work experience is a plus, • Practical experience in retailing is a plus, • Awareness and experience with the most popular social media channels, • Trend scouting: aware and curious about new trends in the field of health and wellbeing., • Excellent facilitation skills based on adult learning principles, • Excellence in verbal and non-verbal communication, • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and consistently meet deadlines., • Resourceful, with the ability to adapt flexibly in unplanned situations and/or under pressure., • Cultural sensitivity and multicultural awareness., • Self-awareness and a high level of emotional intelligence., • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills, • Ability to successfully manage conflict situations., • Ability to motivate, inspire, and engage participants, • Good time management, • Extensive experience using Zoom for virtual meetings and webinars., • Strong proficiency in using tools to enhance engagement (e.g.,Slido, Mentimeter etc.), • Technical knowledge of setting up visual settings for virtual training (e.g., proper lighting positioning, camera angles)., • Confident in working in front of cameras and being filmed., • Video editing knowledge is a plus.
