Descripción del Puesto: Como Coctelero/a, serás responsable de crear cócteles innovadores y personalizados mientras ofreces un servicio excelente y acogedor a nuestros clientes. Trabajarás en un entorno de lujo donde la atención al detalle es clave, y tendrás la oportunidad de demostrar tus habilidades de mixología en un espacio exclusivo. Serás parte integral de nuestro equipo, colaborando con otros profesionales para garantizar que cada cliente disfrute de una experiencia memorable. Principales Responsabilidades: Preparar y servir cócteles artesanales, bebidas premium y otras bebidas siguiendo recetas establecidas y personalizando según las preferencias del cliente. Mantener el bar organizado, limpio y abastecido, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad e higiene. Conocer en profundidad el menú de bebidas, así como las tendencias actuales en cócteles y licores premium. Asesorar a los clientes sobre las bebidas, ofrecer recomendaciones y crear experiencias de bebida a medida. Colaborar con el equipo para garantizar un servicio fluido y excepcional en todo momento. Participar en la creación de nuevos cócteles y en la actualización del menú según sea necesario. Realizar el inventario de licores y suministros del bar, asegurando que siempre haya existencias suficientes. Manejar transacciones de forma rápida y precisa, garantizando la satisfacción del cliente. Requisitos: Experiencia previa como coctelero/a en bares de alta gama o restaurantes de lujo. Pasión por la mixología y el conocimiento profundo de licores, cócteles y tendencias actuales en la industria de bebidas. Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión en un entorno dinámico y de ritmo rápido, manteniendo la calma y la precisión. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y orientación al cliente. Actitud profesional, puntualidad y atención a los detalles. Fluidez en español e inglés; otros idiomas son una ventaja. Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles, incluyendo noches, fines de semana y festivos.
