We’re looking for a driven, experienced Manager to lead our team and help bring this exciting new venue to life in Fuengirola.

As Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, inspire the team, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. You’ll work hand-in-hand with ownership to shape The Honest Club’s culture and reputation as the go-to destination for quality, freshness, and lifestyle.

🧾 Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the front and back of house teams.
- Oversee daily operations, service quality, and customer experience.
- Manage staffing, training, and scheduling.
- Handle ordering, inventory, and cost control.
- Collaborate with the chef on menu ideas, seasonal specials, and events.
- Maintain the clean, stylish aesthetic and high standards that define The Honest Club.

- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
