En el corazón de nuestro Hotel Borneta se encuentra Volta, un animado restaurante de cocina abierta diseñado para reunir a huéspedes y lugareños por igual. Su nombre hace referencia a la forma arquitectónica de una curva, en homenaje a los famosos Porxos de Fontseré.
Además, la palabra catalana «voltar» significa ir o pasear, un concepto que también inspira nuestra cocina. El menú, una aventura epicúrea por la costa mediterránea, es una celebración creativa de sabores vivos y diversos. Elaborados para compartir, los platos, sencillos pero deliciosos, se cocinan al fuego con ingredientes locales.


Responsabilidades principales:
Como Supervisor de Restaurante, serás el apoyo clave en la coordinación diaria del equipo de sala y en la supervisión de la operativa del restaurante.


Tus responsabilidades incluirán:

  • Supervisar al equipo de sala, ayudantes y limpieza, asegurando que todos cumplan los estándares de servicio.
  • Coordinar la operativa diaria del restaurante y de la terraza, incluyendo inventario, suministros y limpieza.
  • Planificar turnos y asignar tareas, garantizando suficiente personal en todo momento.
  • Asegurar que los clientes reciban un servicio excelente y resolver incidencias de manera rápida y profesional.
  • Formar y acompañar a nuevo personal, ofreciendo feedback continuo.
  • Informar al Assistant Restaurant Manager o Restaurant Manager sobre cualquier incidencia, conflicto o necesidad de acción inmediata.


Requisitos:

  • Experiencia previa como supervisor/a o coordinador/a en restauración.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y resolución de problemas.
  • Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión y tomar decisiones rápidas en entornos dinámicos.
  • Orientación al cliente, proactividad y pasión por el trabajo en equipo.
