Desde ABC, agencia especializada en selección de personal para hostelería, colaboramos con un grupo de restauración en expansión. Language : Spanish and English Job Summary: As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of the branch. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring efficient distribution of high-quality seafood products while maintaining excellent customer relationships and driving business growth within the designated territory. You will oversee all aspects of the branch, including sales, operations, logistics, and customer service, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership and Management: Develop and implement branch-level business plans and strategies aligned with overall company objectives. Set clear performance targets and expectations for all branch personnel. Monitor and analyze branch performance against key metrics (sales, profitability, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction) and take corrective actions as needed. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional development. Sales and Business Development: Drive sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities within the territory. Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, quality control standards, and company policies. Financial Management: Manage the branch budget effectively, controlling costs and maximizing profitability. Monitor and analyze financial reports, identifying areas for improvement. Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and other financial transactions. Participate in the development of annual budgets and forecasts for the branch. Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and coach branch staff to build a skilled and motivated team. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Address employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers. Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve service levels. Compliance and Safety: Ensure the branch operates in full compliance with all relevant food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies. Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Qualifications: Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in a management role within the food distribution or perishable goods industry, with specific experience in seafood preferred. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and production operations. Good financial acumen and budgeting experience. Proficiency in relevant software and technology (e.g., inventory management systems, GESCO ERP system or similar system). Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards will be an added advantage. Valid driver's license (if required for local deliveries or travel).
