Under the guidance of the Director of Culinary, you will: Keep up to date all HACCP protocols, being the person in charge for the Chefs to ensure their compliance Coordinate the cost recipe forms data base of all outlets Assemble the full range of schedule for all kitchen operation, keeps accurate record of Holidays and statutory days Works closely with HR department to provide extra staff requirements and keeps factorial program updated on check in and out of the staff It’s the point of contact for our outsourcing company of health and safety , and works closely with them in the monthly audits. In charge of update the team in any change on legislation involved in any kitchen operation Supervises our well-organized storerooms and inventories that allow for a smooth-running kitchen. Under the guidance of the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing events, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for all our guests.
