We are looking for a proactive, hands-on, and people-focused Labor Relations Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers, employees, and HR colleagues on labor relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and supporting positive employee relations across the organization. You will play a key role in managing employee relations cases, advising on labor law matters, supporting negotiations and consultation processes, and contributing to a fair, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. Job Responsibilities • Provide day-to-day guidance and support to managers and HR teams on employee and labor relations matters., • Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary processes, grievances, workplace investigations, performance-related matters, and conflict resolution., • Ensure compliance with local labor legislation, internal policies, and company procedures., • Partner with business leaders to proactively identify and mitigate labor relations risks., • Support organizational changes, restructures, workforce consultations, and other labor-related initiatives., • Prepare, review, and maintain employment documentation, communications, and case records., • Collaborate with legal counsel and external advisors when required., • Monitor updates to employment legislation and assess their impact on the business., • Support collective labor relations activities, including interactions with employee representatives, workers' councils, and unions where applicable., • Deliver practical training and guidance to managers on employee relations best practices and labor law compliance., • Analyze employee relations trends and provide recommendations to enhance the employee experience and reduce risk., • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and tools. Required Skills and Experience • Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor relations, employee relations, employment law, or a similar HR-focused role., • Experience managing employee relations cases independently from initiation through resolution., • Experience working in a fast-paced, international, and changing business environment., • Previous experience within technology, digital, travel, or multinational organizations is highly valued., • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and employee relations practices., • Highly hands-on, practical, and solution-oriented approach to problem solving., • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills., • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities., • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion., • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously., • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a risk-management perspective., • Collaborative team player who builds effective relationships across all levels of the organization., • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and positive workplace culture., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems. Languages • Advanced English (C1 level or equivalent)., • Advanced Spanish (C1 level or equivalent)., • Additional languages are a plus.
