As Director of Food & Beverage you will be a key member of the Executive committee, responsible for proposing and executing food & beverage plans that promote revenue growth generation among key customer segments and support the hotel's brand positioning and image. You will report to the General Manager. Your day-to-day Achieve budgeted revenues, prepare monthly forecast, monitor and control food, beverage and labor costs, and maximize profitability within all areas of the food and beverage department. Participate in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget and financial plans that support the overall objectives of the hotel. Develop, implement, and maintain local food and beverage marketing programs for the hotel; participate in and maintain system-wide food and beverage marketing programs and promotions. Monitor local competitors and industry trends. Review and approve menu design and concepts with Executive Chef. Ensure all staff is properly trained on quality and service standards and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions. Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. Establish and achieve quality and guest satisfaction goals. Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest questions, complaints and/or requests to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. Ensure that all food and beverage equipment are in proper operational condition and are cleaned on a regular basis. Ensure that all food and beverage facilities are cleaned, vacuumed, and properly stocked according to anticipated business volume. What we need from you Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or any related field. 5+ years’ experience leading the F&B department in a boutique/luxury hotel. Must be fluent in local languages and English, additional languages will be highly valuable. Oracle MICROS knowledge will be highly valuable. Be Yourself – Lead Yourself – Make it Count What’s the Job? As IT Manager you’ll ensure our computers are installed properly, working efficiently and that system security measures are in place. You’ll also install new systems to improve hotel always following standards and guidelines and make sure your teams have the tools and resources they need to work well. Reports to the Operations Manager. Your day-to-day As primary contact for servicing the computer hardware you’ll manage and monitor all computer hardware and make systems are installed properly and working efficiently. Ensure all hotel policies and information security comply with standards. Maintain an up-to-date list of all computer hardware and software at hotel. Ensure that all computer media saves, and back-ups are completed, documented and stored per specifications. Control security for computer room and ensures that the computer room fire protection, temperature control, and power requirements meet the security specification as described in the security system. Administer all user ID’s, passwords, and the most sensitive system utilities, secures all touchy resources and critical libraries under the supervision of the IT Manager/Leader. Provide recommendation and drive results to ensures that hotel has appropriate technology roadmap to meet short-term and long-terms needs. Assists in monitoring and controlling departmental cost. What we need from you Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.  +3 years’ related experience or with computer set-up and troubleshooting. Must be fluent in local language and English. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of networks and operating systems and databases. As Human Resources Manager you will be responsible for supervising the Human Resources team, ensuring the service is on point and solving any issue reported by the team. You will report to the Cluster Director of People & Culture. Your day-to-day Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, selection, talent development, learning, health and safety, people operations and labor relations. Implement and oversees the administration of human resources programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits payroll, unions procedures, negotiation & mediation (SMAC), people operations, and leaves; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; budgeting develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management. Monitors and ensures the organization's compliance with the authorities’ state and local, employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management. Assists in the interviewing and hiring of Human Resource employee team members with the appropriate skills, as needed. Oversees/monitors candidate identification and selection process. Assists in maintaining effective employee communication channels in the property (e.g., develops daily communications and assists with regularly scheduled property-wide meetings). Reviews progressive discipline documentation for accuracy and consistency, and checks for supportive documentation and is accountable for determining appropriate action. Utilizes an “open door” policy to acknowledge employee problems or concerns in a timely manner Ensures employee issues are referred to the Department Manager for resolution. Partners with Loss Prevention to conduct employee accident investigations, as necessary. Communicates performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position. What we need from you Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field. 2+ years’ experience working in Human Resources department as Manager or Assistant Manager. Must be fluent in local language and English, additional languages will be highly valuable. Opera knowledge will be highly valuable. As Restaurant Manager, you’ll need to bring the best out of your team in a fast-paced environment to give our guests the outlet experience they’ve come to expect. You’ll oversee and support a team of supervisors, as well as the entire front of house operation. Reports to the Director of Food & Beverage Your day-to-day Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation. Ensure the food & beverage concept of the restaurant is well executed and expectations of guests and the team are accomplished whilst continually looking for areas to improve. Continually update service offerings in line with trends and guest expectations. Connect with colleagues and guests alike in a positive and friendly manner. Work closely with the kitchen team and the Food & Beverage Director to ensure that communication is strong between the entire team. Manage food & beverage control including inventory, bar pars, costs controls, beverage potentials, mix of sales analysis for beverage, issue & returns and food standards. Ensure service and other standards according to SOPs are adhered to. Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and all stock items are managed. Ensure that the food & beverage team is continually trained in product and menu knowledge. Lead your team effectively with on-going service standards training and personal development plans. Oversee the preparation and presentation of food & beverages to meet set standards. Oversee staff training and carry out on-the-job training where required. What we need from you College and/or advanced training in food and beverage management. 2+ years’ experience working as Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment ideally in an independent restaurant or in an outlet within a hotel. Must be fluent in local language and English, German will be highly valuable. Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service.
