📌 Acerca de la posición Como asesor/a técnico/a de atención al cliente, brindará asistencia técnica de primer nivel a nuestros/as clientes/as por teléfono y correo electrónico. Su función consistirá en apoyar a los clientes/as B2B (empresas) resolviendo problemas relacionados con sus transacciones de comercio electrónico en la plataforma. Investigará y solucionará problemas de cuentas y pagos, garantizando relaciones sólidas con los clientes mediante un seguimiento rápido. ✔️ Tu papel Como asesor/a de servicio al cliente, su deber principal será brindar un soporte excepcional a los clientes/as atendiendo consultas técnicas y administrativas por teléfono, chat y correo electrónico. Esto implicará ayudar a los clientes/as con la instalación y configuración de sus terminales o soluciones de pago en línea, resolver cualquier problema informado y fomentar relaciones sólidas con los clientes. ➡️ Tu perfil Habla alemán u holandés con fluidez Dominio laboral en inglés. Lo ideal es que traigas experiencia de un entorno de call center, Poseer excelentes habilidades comunicativas e interpersonales, Mantener una mentalidad positiva y adaptable. Orientado/a al trabajo en equipo con un gran interés en la tecnología.
