Our people are at the heart of this mission, and we are now looking for a Transport Planner to strengthen our team in Germany. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbTo strengthen our Logistics-department within Tosca, we are currently recruiting an enthusiastic Transport Planner! /b /ppbr/ppbr/ppbPosition Purpose /b /ppAs our Transport Planner, you'll coordinate and optimize the end-to-end order processing and fulfillment process, including transport planning. The role ensures seamless communication among customers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders, while striving to maximize service levels, reduce costs, and support the continuous improvement of logistics operations across EMEA. /ppbr/ppbFor this role, we expect the new colleague to work from either our location in Bönen or Frechen /b b (Germany) or our Madrid (Spain) office or our office in Agrate Brianza (Italy). /b /ppbThe chosen location will depend on what is most practical for the candidate. /b /ppbr/ppbr/ppbYour responsibilities /b /pulliCoordinate the entire order processing and fulfillment process, including transport planning /liliProfessional communication with our customers, logistic partners and internal stakeholders /liliOptimization of routes and transport in order to reduce freight costs and ecological footprint /liliProvide support in ensuring and coordinating stock availability /liliProactively work to maximize our service levels, customer satisfaction /liliProactive work achievements of departmental and personal targets /liliPart of a dedicated European team working together to continuously improve and optimize our logistics across Europe /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbYour profile /b /pulliRelevant professional experience in order processing, logistics, or transport planning, preferably within a European or international context. /liliExperience working with customers and logistics service providers is highly desirable. /liliStrong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail. /liliProficiency in German at a native-speaker level.
