The Role We are looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, support the team, and uphold our high standards of service. What You’ll Do • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures., • Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team during service., • Maintain exceptional service standards to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction., • Manage reservations, guest relations, and respond to feedback professionally., • Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service., • Handle administrative tasks, including staff scheduling and onboarding., • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role within hospitality, • Strong leadership presence with the ability to run the floor independently, • Fluency in English and Spanish (Russian is highly valued), • Calm, organised, and solutions-focused under pressure, • Professional, presentable, and guest-focused at all times

Requirements • Proven experience as a head waiter, or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting., • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming and refined dining atmosphere., • Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal communication skills to cater to an international clientele., • Knowledgeable about food and beverage, with the ability to make recommendations and answer questions regarding the menu., • Ability to work under pressure and manage busy dining periods with efficiency and grace.
