About the Role We are looking for an Installation & Commissioning Engineer to join our global project execution team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering complex food and nutrition processing projects, working on customer sites across EMEA and occasionally APAC/AMER. You will operate with a high level of autonomy on site, contributing directly to project success through safe, high‑quality installation, commissioning, and start‑up of process plants. Depending on your experience and project needs, you may act as a Process Commissioning Engineer, Commissioning Team Leader, or Site Manager. This is a hands‑on, site‑based role for someone who enjoys technical problem‑solving, international travel, and working closely with customers and multi‑disciplinary teams. What You’ll Be Doing Depending on your assignment, your responsibilities may include: Process Commissioning Engineer * • Execute Installation, Operational, and Performance Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), • Commission process equipment, utilities, and instrumentation, • Perform plant start‑up, testing, troubleshooting, and performance validation, • Support automation/software engineers during functional testing, • Train customer operators and support first production runs, • Prepare and deliver final commissioning documentation and reports, • Lead and coordinate commissioning teams on site, • Own and update the commissioning plan, • Ensure commissioning activities meet quality, safety, and schedule requirements, • Support the Site Manager in contractor coordination and H&S compliance Site Manager * • Manage all on‑site activities in line with project, contractual, and H&S requirements, • Coordinate SPX teams, subcontractors, and customer interfaces, • Ensure safe execution of works and compliance with EH&S standards, • Control site schedule, materials, documentation, and daily reporting, • Lead daily site meetings and act as the main on‑site point of contact What You Bring * • Strong experience in process engineering, installation, or commissioning, ideally in the food, dairy, nutrition, or liquid processing industry, • Solid understanding of P&IDs, 3D layouts, instrumentation, utilities, and process equipment, • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process issues on site, • Experience working in international, multi‑disciplinary project environments, • Strong safety mindset and awareness of EHS requirements, • Confident communicator with customers, xcskxlj contractors, and internal teams, • Comfortable working independently on customer sites, • Fluent spoken and written English Qualifications & Experience * • Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or related field, • Minimum 4 years’ experience in commissioning, process engineering, or site‑based roles, • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%, mainly EMEA, globally when required), • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Project knowledge is a plus) Why Join Us * • Work on large, complex, international projects with leading global customers, • High‑impact, visible role from installation through first production, • Opportunity to grow into senior site leadership roles, • Strong focus on safety, quality, and professional engineering standards, • Be part of a collaborative, international project organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
