Airbus offers more than 70 vacancies for our full‑time graduate program in Spain, Discover II 2026/2027, starting 5th October 2026 until 1st October 2027. The program is designed for recent graduates from various disciplines who wish to develop a professional career in the aeronautical sector. The selection process will run from April 2026 until July 2026. Internship Details An internship vacancy for an Airframe Engineering RFE – Design / Stress Engineer has arisen within Airbus AOSL Puerto Real. The successful applicant will join the IAT Design Office. IAT is a transnational organization with presence in Getafe, Illescas, Puerto Real, Hamburg, Stade and Toulouse. The RFE organization, Rear Fuselage and Empennage, is responsible for the design of HTP, VTP, S19, S19.1, Belly Fairing, Landing Gear Doors and CF Wing Covers. RFE currently participates in all Airbus programs: Single Aisle family (A320, A321...), A330, A350XWB family, A380, A400M and Beluga XL. The internship will last 11 months from early October 2026. It is a full‑time experience (40 h/week) with an attractive study grant. Roles and Responsibilities * • Involved in the definition of detailed design solutions for Structural Design Components., • Develop and implement improvements, modifications, and in‑service activities for the component design., • Define product according to required Time, Quality, Weight, Cost, and Performance, including specs, drawings (authoring), technical documents, V&A plan, and deliverables to engineering suppliers., • Collaborate in the definition of technical solutions., • Provide modifications to the program organization to improve products and ensure achievement., • Provide continuous support to manufacturing deviations for solving non‑conformances in the parts / concessions., • Create and follow up activity planning within the team., • Support team members in the creation and follow up of improvement projects., • Participate in team meetings in an international environment. Required Skills * • Recent Graduate in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering., • Knowledge of CATIA V5 desirable., • English – Negotiation level., • Spanish – Negotiation level.
