You will assist with case management, document preparation, legal research, and client communication under the supervision of licensed attorneys and senior paralegals. To be considered, you must complete a full application on our company careers page, including all screening questions and a brief pre-employment test. /p h3Position Responsibilities /h3 ul liDraft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and correspondence, using word processing and legal software. /li liFormat, proofread, and edit legal documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with court rules and procedural requirements. /li liAssist with case file organization, maintenance, and documentation, including indexing, filing, and retrieval of legal documents and correspondence. /li liCoordinate court filings, document service, and delivery of legal notices, subpoenas, and discovery requests as directed by attorneys and paralegals. /li liConduct legal research using online databases, case law libraries, and other resources to gather relevant statutes, regulations, and precedent for case preparation and strategy. /li liSummarize and analyze legal authorities, opinions, and findings to assist attorneys and paralegals in case evaluation, argument development, and client representation. /li liServe as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and third parties, managing communication, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings, depositions, and court appearances. /li liProvide responsive and professional assistance to clients, addressing inquiries, providing status updates, and conveying attorney instructions and legal advice as appropriate. /li liAssist with calendar management, scheduling, and deadline tracking for attorney assignments, court appearances, and case-related events. /li liPrepare expense reports, time entries, and billing statements for client invoicing and accounting purposes. /li liMaintain strict confidentiality of client information, case details, and privileged communications in accordance with ethical standards and attorney-client privilege. /li liEnsure compliance with legal and procedural requirements, including court rules, filing deadlines, and document retention policies. /li /ul h3Candidate Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or Legal Studies. /li liParalegal certificate or relevant professional certification is a plus. /li liProven experience in a legal environment, law firm, or corporate legal department. /li liProficiency in legal research methods, citation formats, and online research tools. /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and colleagues. /li liExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments in a fast‑paced environment. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and legal software applications. /li liKnowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and litigation processes. /li liAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a legal team, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and integrity. /li /ul h3Compensation Benefits /h3 ul liCompetitive base compensation based on experience. /li liHealth insurance (HMO coverage plus a dependent). /li liDental coverage. /li liOther benefits: free meal during training, career growth and learning opportunities, allowances for rice, clothing, laundry and meals, performance and loyalty bonuses, frequent workplace disinfection and fogging, opportunities for growth and promotion, employee shuttle services, company retreats and off‑site events, in‑office rewards, raffles, recognition gifts and treats. /li liOther incentives and benefits may vary by geography. /li /ul h3Physical Requirements /h3 pThis job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
