ph3About Us /h3 pAt THEKER, we’re taking on one of the greatest challenges of the 21st century: redefining how physical work gets done in the world. /p pWe are a robotics and AI company building intelligent, adaptable systems that solve problems traditional automation never could. From Barcelona, our mission is to create a generation-defining company leading the robotics revolution. /p pBy joining us, you will have the chance to do the most meaningful work of your life, setting a new standard for industrial automation and driving breakthroughs with global reach, while being surrounded by a focused, talent-dense team that shares this ambition and is here to win. /p h3Your Role /h3 pWe are looking for a Stock Controller to build and own the operational foundation that gives THEKER full visibility over its inventory, at every stage and every location. /p pTHEKER produces robotic systems and deploys them at client sites. You will design, build, and run the processes that give operations, finance, and purchasing a reliable picture of what exists, where it sits, and what will run out next. /p pYou will work closely with the finance team and interface directly with the engineering and operations teams to translate clean inventory data into better purchase decisions. /p h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. /li liSolid experience in financial controlling, accounting, or FPA roles. /li li1-3 years of experience in inventory control, operations, supply chain, or a finance-adjacent role. /li liComfortable working with structured data: Excel, Google Sheets, or basic ERP tools. /li liHigh attention to detail and a systematic approach to organizing information. /li liAbility to build processes in environments where none exist yet. /li liOwnership mentality: you see a gap and close it without being asked. /li liBased in Barcelona or willing to relocate (100% on-site). /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liBackground in hardware, manufacturing, or industrial logistics. /li liExperience tracking physical assets across multiple locations. /li liBasic understanding of inventory valuation methods such as FIFO or weighted average. /li liSpanish fluency (internal working language is Spanish). /li /ul h3You’ll thrive at THEKER if /h3 ul liYou’re excited by a fast-paced and ambitious environment.
