SoulMade offers a parttime place as a waiter/waitress for about 30 hours a week. You need to speak at least Spanish and English. You have to be flexible available that means also in the weekends. We are looking for persons who can conform themselves with the real food movement. We offer the salary conform the convento of Malaga. As a waiter/waitress you uplift the dining experience for our customers. Your responsibilities include greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus, upselling, multi-tasking various duties on the terrace, bar and kitchen, collecting the bill. Ultimately, it is the duty of our Waiters/Waitresses to provide an excellent overall dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Greet and escort customers to their tables Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies) Prepare tables Inform customers about the day’s specials Offer menu recommendations upon request Up-sell additional products when appropriate Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips or by memorising Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff Prepare and serve food and drink orders Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area Deliver checks and collect bill payments Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations (e.g. parties) Follow all relevant health department regulations Provide excellent customer service to guests Cleaning dishes, prepare for the next shift or next day
Responsabilidades: • Instalación, mantenimiento y reparación de equipos de refrigeración y aire acondicionado del restaurante. • Diagnóstico y solución de problemas técnicos en refrigeradores, congeladores y sistemas de climatización. • Realización de mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos. • Asegurar el óptimo funcionamiento de los equipos para garantizar la calidad y seguridad alimentaria.
