Within a medical device environment, work with the QARA Manager to ensure regulatory compliance and certification of software products. This position is part of the Digital Solutions Service team located in Lliçá d´Amunt (Barcelona) that provides 2nd level support to Werfen Affiliates and distributors internationally on regards of Digital Solutions. The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, creating, implementing, developing and evaluating new, engaging, and effective training and technical education programs. The main responsibilities of this role will be to work together with the members of the Digital Solutions Service team and other instructional designers evolving the current trainings, adapting to the learning methodologies, focusing on remote education in a very international environment Key Accountabilities Be a key part of a team where you will: • Design, develop and document learning solution programs that support learning best practices, address needs identified in a job/task analysis and improve the performance of Digital Solutions Service Community members and affiliates., • Follow the standard ADDIE instructional Design processes, including:, • Participating in the need’s analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of training materials., • Interact with our team members for planning and scoping training requirements., • Attending to trainings deliveries to analyze the current structure and propose improvements., • Developing course-specific job aids and performance support materials., • Participate in the creation of the Trainings and Webinars calendar., • Partner with other members of Corporate Trainings Groups to adapt trainings into eLearning formats., • Participate in the reviewing of the training materials and deliverables to ensure the highest quality., • Creation of video deliveries for Trainings and Webinars based on the material provided by the Digital Solutions Service team., • Create and follow the learning delivery standard and process. Networking/Key relationships The main relationships within to the Werfen Group are: • Cooperating with the rest of the Digital Solutions Service team, • Development and QA teams, • Local Service teams, • Local Marketing teams, • WW Marketing Product Managers, • WW Service, • Corporate Training Teams Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position: • At least 2 years of Learning Materials design experience., • Experienced with Learning Management Systems., • Practical experience with Articulate 360, • Additional Skills/Knowledge:, • Knowledge of video edition and multimedia creation tools, • Customer focused and able to interact effectively with a diverse range of people at multiple organizational levels., • Ability to understand technical information and adapt it to learning solutions., • Strong computer user skills and knowledge of MS Office suite., • Training delivery in international environment experience is desired., • Healthcare Industry knowledge is a plus Skills & Capabilities: The ideal candidate for this position will exhibit the following skills and competencies: • Organized and able to manage time to achieve objectives within the given deadlines., • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory., • Be self-motivated, take initiative and be willing to lead change into learning methodologies aplied remotely and onsite., • Proven customer-oriented background and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
