About the role: As a Social Media Expert, you will plan, coordinate, and execute Bahia Principe’s social media communication strategy, ensuring consistency with our brand tone and narrative. You will manage community engagement, safeguard our digital reputation, and analyze performance metrics to guide decision-making and optimize content strategies. What will your key responsibilities be? • Develop and implement the annual social media content strategy aligned with branding and commercial objectives., • Coordinate and supervise content creation for campaigns, events, and milestones across all destinations., • Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely publication of approved content., • Monitor and engage with online communities, addressing feedback and incidents in collaboration with Customer Service., • Analyze KPIs and social media reports to measure impact and support strategic decisions., • Oversee influencer marketing activities and evaluate performance indicators., • Administer social media platforms, ensuring compliance with internal policies and security protocols., • Support crisis management from a digital perspective and collaborate with internal teams globally. What are we looking for? • Degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields; Master’s in Social Media is a plus., • Minimum 5 years of experience managing social media in-house or at an agency., • Strong knowledge of Social Media, Content Strategy, Brand Voice, and Reporting., • Proficiency in English and Spanish., • Familiarity with tools such as CRM, CMS, Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Metricool., • Strategic mindset, results orientation, and decision-making skills., • Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
