The Group is established in more than 100 countries and has nearly 40.000 employees worldwide. We are looking for a Key Account Manager based in Castelldefels (Barcelona), on a permanent contract. The Key Account Manager maintain the relationship between key distributors and customers as well as internal sourcing and distribution department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks: • Validate daily customer orders (ECI, Consum), issue weekly invoicing to customers, and reconcile customer debit/credit notes., • Approve suppliers’ weekly invoices, issue the corresponding packaging invoice, validate weekly production yield, and update related accruals., • Monitor packaging stock levels (pots and resealable film) and issue production write offs., • Review weekly P&L and key KPIs (volume, sales, OI, yield/waste and service level)., • Conduct weekly market checks on pricing, new product launches, and competitor activity. -Define the category strategy, including portfolio development, price positioning, and the innovation roadmap. -Develop new customers and business opportunities. -Lead demand planning, volume forecasting, and the resolution of operational or supply issues to ensure business continuity. -Approve packaging purchases with Corporate Procurement (forecasting, costing). -Ensure packaging availability and cost efficiency through proactive supplier management and forecasting. -Manage POS activities and coordinate with Marketing, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and Procurement. Skills required: • Bachelor’s degree from business school., • Fundamental experience as sales (min. 3/5 years’ experience) with B2B preferably in FMCG company., • Fluent in English., • Managing external relationships with third parties, coordination projects., • Financial acumen. Acknowledgement of financial systems and reporting; planning and forecasting., • Analytical skills: good numeracy, understanding P&Ls, financial reports., • Entrepreneurial., • Strategic thinking: experienced in developing, preparing, and presenting strategic plans and ability to challenge the plans presented by distributor., • Excellent communicational/organizational skills., • IT-experience: ability to create and prepare Power Point presentations, good Excel skills., • Presentation: senior level presentation & communication skills required. Ability to communicate at all levels., • Able to travel across the Region.
