It’s the ability to tap into true direct access – inventory that’s never been on any OTA; real control over availability, pricing, hotel value adds, and dynamic AI merchandising with configurable perks. After 20 years in a locked ecosystem, partners can finally turn travel into a branded margin-positive differentiator that builds loyalty – and wins. We let hoteliers own their inventory and let demand partners own the relationship. Role Overview Do you want to be a part of reshaping the travel ecosystem? We’re looking for a highly motivated Engineering Manager to lead and scale the teams the power our core platform and connectivity capabilities. You will play a pivotal role in building the technical backbone that enables direct integrations, real-time inventory access and seamless partner onboarding – all with a creative spin on automation and AI-driven infrastructure. You will be responsible for the engineering vision, execution and leadership across mission-critical systems, ensuring our platform is resilient, scalable and continually delivering vale to both internal and external partners. Main Responsibilities Technical Leadership and Delivery • Lead, mentor and grow high-performing engineering teams across back-end, platform, data and integrations., • Lead execution on major initiatives including partner API integrations, contract ingestion and reconciliation via AI agents, performance optimizations, and platform automation., • Ensure teams deliver high-quality features at pace, balancing innovation with reliability and long-term sustainability., • Work closely with product and design to shape technical approaches, scope initiatives and sequence delivery., • Translate product strategy and customer problems into clear technical plans and execution roadmaps., • Collaborate with data, science, supply, operations, and commercial teams to deliver end-to-end solutions., • Own the health, performance and resilience of mission-critical systems across payments, distribution and partner tooling., • Drive improvements in reliability, scalability, cost efficiency and developer productivity through automation and tooling., • Define and track key engineering metrics across delivery velocity, system performance, quality and operational impact., • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2-3 years in an engineering leadership or management role., • Strong background in API-based platforms, B2B SaaS, travel tech or high-scale integration environments., • Proven ability to lead teams working with Go and JavaScript, setting engineering standards across backend and supporting services., • Proven experience leading teams working on connectivity, integrations or real-time data systems., • Deep understanding of backend engineering, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure and modern DevOps practices., • Strong data-driven mindset; able to define and measure engineering outcomes and system performance., • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills., • Proactive, curious, and collaborative – you lead with clarity and empower teams to solve complex problems., • Experience working with AI-driven automation, agents or ML-powered systems is a strong plus.
