Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. Ensure good communication within the department and with other departments to ensure professional, error-free service. Follow up of glitches in case of guest complaints or negative comments and ensure full closure of this, to the guest's satisfaction. What you bring: Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, client relations, or reservations in a luxury environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure. Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, OpenTable, Opera, and CRM tools; familiarity with 3CPortal, BirchStreet, and La Fourchette is a plus.
